Programming $1000 - oDesk

Hi there,

I am looking for a programmer to help me design a back end system that can be incorporated into multiple websites.

Basically what we are looking for is a system that will allow you to fill out daily safety paperwork and also produce an online invoice. Also the ability to fill out and submit timesheets must be available as well as seperate logins for each employee.



Additionally I would like for the admin to be able to be able to see charts and graphs associated with his invoices to break down where his earning and expenditures are going to .



The price for this task is negotiable depending on what skills and innovations you are able to bring to the table.
