rss feed generating PHP script - oDesk

I'm looking for someone that could easily create a rss feed generating script. Must know php, database, cron and yahoo pipe and twitterfeed.



Basicly the script should have the following:



Custom feed title and description using spinnable text eg {the|state|mind}.

Multiple url for each rss feed campaign.

Able to save the finish feed into database.

And able to work with twitterfeed and yahoopipes.

Create as RSS 2.0 and xml.

And able to encrypt the script.

And more in the description.
