VB.Net Project code for showing a windows form in righ hand pane in outlook by mrdavidt

We need the source code for a VB.Net project that will create an Outlook addin that will display a Windows form in the right hand pane in Outlook 2007/2010 when a folder under the Inbox is clicked. (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: .NET, Visual Basic)
