Website Design (clowning) - oDesk

Hi there,

We are looking for a programmer to clown our web based system. We need the system to have the same application functionalities as the original one. Once you develop it, we will host it on our own.

This is a basic idea. Once you are ready to do we can send you the website address to be clowned once you contact us. Someone with flexibility and fast response times would help.

What would be the cost of developing this application and what is the turn around time?
