Wordpress Page with optin Needed - oDesk

I need a Wordpress Page designed and uploaded for a DJ business. I will provide WP login info, a Header, Ebook Cover, Video and HTML Aweber form.



This site is for a party DJ and needs to be visually impressive, but also need to be optimized for SEO.



I am having the copy for the pages written now, so I will need to put that in later on.



The page will have a menu for six pages.



1. Home

2. Birthday Parties

3. Weddings

4. Special Events

5. Sweet Sixteens

6. About Us



But all pages will be the same, only I will change the copy myself. So ALL pages will look identical from the top. Optin, header, etc...

I need you to design a customized site based on the color scheme of the graphics I give you. No Optimize Press cookie cutter looking sites!



The Ebook cover must be placed into the optin form, and the video and optin MUST BE ABOVE THE FOLD!!!



I need you to also customize the appearance of the webform from the HTML I provide you. I will NOT give you my Aweber login info!
