Experienced php developer needed on Monthly salary - oDesk

I would like to hire php developers into company team. The candidate should have experience in core php,opps, Joomla etc. Candidate should work on 8Hrs a day. We will assign task using any project management system if the assigned task not completed salary will deduct on calculating the task. Please apply interested candidate with portfolio and no need to put more information in cover letter your name experience and work portfolio. More amount bid rather than my budget will declined so please don't apply those candidates not want to work in my budget, salary will increase after 3 months .
