Slice psd to html - oDesk

I have a psd (already designed), need to convert to w3c valid and cross-browser compatible html layout.

I am new at odesk so you should have the above knowledge to make this project success.

Use comments wher needed and your code should be well arranged and simple thus i can modify it.
