I am looking for a software to remind the important events of the year or the day by alarm as well as by emails to three or four email accounts .It should send automatically reminders before the events in advance and final on the particular day.

I am not interested in out look,maybe I am not aware of its full features.I prefer a fool proof,reliable application for this .
