Zoho CRM App to insert leads based on what is selected - oDesk



Hello,



We're a microlending company that has so far indulged in giving out personal loans. To manage these inbound calls requesting loans, we use the Zoho CRM software. Zoho CRM is also configured to receive online leads from our website via Web-to-Leads.



However, we are now also giving away business loans. And in the coming weeks, we will also be offering vehicle loans.



We have hit a roadblock because we require different information from our applicants based on what loan they are requested.



For example:

Personal loans will need first name, last name.

Business loans will need company name, company type

Vehicle loans will need first name, last name, what kind of vehicle.



As of now, we only utilize the "Leads" module and we do not convert these leads. Also, the leads module has custom fields that only represent Personal Loans. These leads receive a unique customer ID, CLXXXXP. XXXX is the unique number, and P is for personal loans.



As far as we're aware, Zoho CRM doesn't have a "product based fields" system where if I have a drop down field "Loan Type", and I select "Business loan".. ZCRM will show different custom fields. And if I select "Personal loans".. ZCRM will show different custom fields.



This is where you come in.



Phase 1: You will develop a web-app that will let our manual CRM entry team (Screening Team) select what kind of loan the applicant wants.

Depending on what was selected, the respective fields (and custom fields) will show up for the selected loan. Technology could be AJAX style where the only field that is available after clicking "New Lead" will be "Loan Type". When the loan type field is selected, new fields below it will appear corresponding for that loan type. There will also be need for a link that will open or overlay an "informational" page that will serve as a guideline for the sales agent while taking down application information.



Phase 2: After this is completed and tested within Zoho CRM, you will need to figure out the Web-to-leads for this similar behaviour.



Phase 3: After that, you will need to figure out how to assign to append B (for business) and V (for vehicles) at the end of every customer ID instead of P.

The phase 1 will need to be completed within 24 hours. Once done, the web-to-lead will require completion within 2 days. Finally, customer ID should be complete within 1 day. The first part is the most important.

Our terms are:



30% downpayment

70% upon completion

Updates on email every day.

First phase requires completion by 9am Philippines time, 6/12/2012. If delayed, you will receive 55% upon completion instead of 70%.

Upon complete completion, if the work is not satisfactory, we will try to resolve it - if developer gives up or slows down in communication, good feedback will be given but you will receive 50% instead of 70%.
