SEM and more facebook likes for dog charity website - oDesk

I run a small charity to help homeless dogs in Bulgaria. I have not done much in the way of search engine marketing since its launch around 6 months ago.



The keywords I want to work on are:



Bulgarian street dogs

Bulgarian street dog

Bulgarian stray dogs

Bulgarian dog rescue



I do not have much money to spend on this as it is a charity and every penny goes towards the dogs. However, in the hope of being able to get more donations and re-home more dogs I am prepared to do a little work on the site.



I would be looking for:



directory submissions

social bookmarking

search engine submissions

general link building (must be white hat, no spam comments etc and ok with Google)



I also want to increase my facebook page likes (legitimately and without access to my facebook account - targetting animals lovers and people that might donate to our cause - America, UK, Germany, Holland etc)



I would prefer someone to offer a package for a fixed price as then I know what I am spending and not worries about hourly fees.



Please bid a fixed amount and include details of exactly what you would do for that money - how many submissions, links etc.



If you are only going to be doing facebook likes please give details of how and what increase in likes you would expect.



As this is a charity the lower the bid the better but if good work done and results seen I do have 3 other business sites I am looking to work on and could pay more for.
