Wordpress/SEO Expert needed for existing website to increase ranking. - oDesk

I am looking for an SEO expert to work on a wordpress blog I am running that currently doesn't rank on Google. The goal of the project is to move the site to page 1 while also attracting the right types of users. Attention should be paid to:



1. Title, description and keyword optimisation per blog post

2. Header tag optimization



There are 80+ blog posts that require attention and I will provide the contractor with a full layout of the site and prioritized areas to work. I would also appreciate advice on additional optimisations that I may not have considered.



Contractor requirements

I am looking for a contractor who meets the following requirements:



1. Has strong SEO skills, as represented by previous work

2. Is familiar with Wordpress

3. Is familiar with the All-in-One-SEO wordpress plugin.

4. Is familiar with the Headspace wordpress plugin.
