Fix my new remote windows VPS! - oDesk

Ok so i ordered a remote windows VPS from my hosting company to run a remote desktop on my Mac via CoRD



it was working fine but now every time i try to login i get a timed out error.



My hosting support is rubbish and i need this fixed asap



i have access to the parallels panel and full server info.



I need this back online.
