Web Template Coder - oDesk

As a web template coder, you will assist the client services team for producing, modifying and updating client website templates hosted on our proprietary CMS platform.



Technical skills and experience expected for this role:

Excellent html/css skills

Knowledge of working with JavaScript frameworks / jQuery plugins

Knowlege of integrating/modifying dynamic web templates with jinja2 templating language

Some experience in AJAX techniques

Debugging cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues

Experience working with version control systems such as GIT

Understanding of HTML best practices for SEO and web accessibility

Excitement about emerging web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3

Knowledge of HTML email best practices desirable

Knowledge of website social media integration including Facebook and Twitter plugins/developer APIs desirable
